How to remove your GoGo AI account and data

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers, including your email address, account identifier, and any encrypted cloud sync data. Local data stored on your device is not affected — you can delete it by uninstalling the app.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your account, send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Account Deletion" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your account has been removed.

What Happens After Deletion

  • You will be signed out of all devices.
  • Cloud sync will stop and any synced data will be permanently deleted.
  • Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled — please cancel through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion.
  • This action is irreversible. We cannot recover your account or data once deleted.
